Message I wouldn't call it "FAR superior". Premium unleaded in Japan is 100 RON, not 100 AKI. From my work with Japanese refineries, I know that the typical sensitivity is 11 so the MON is only 89. This gives an AKI of 94.5. Not really that much better than the 93 AKI premium available in most U.S. locations.
